The Monogram Logo was created to work as a short-form option for all Schools and select administrative units. The two elements of the Rotunda and "UVA" lettering may never appear without the name of a School/select administrative units or other authorized entity to the right of the letters UVA. The monogram capitalizes both V and A for Virginia because “VA” is the official abbreviation for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
