Below are some marks you may see the University use. They are not official logos, but they play a designated role in the UVA identity system. As limited-use marks, their use is managed by University Communications. These are not available for broad use.
The Rotunda
In limited circumstances, University Communications may use the Rotunda as a design element. Otherwise, the Rotunda should never be used on its own or in lieu of an official University logo. For more information about the use of the Rotunda as a design element, please contact brand@virginia.edu.
The University Seal
The University seal is reserved exclusively for select, formal University applications. Examples of approved applications include diplomas and formal University pageantry.
